The Anybus NetTool for Devicenet with RS232 dongle (-DN-D) is a comprehensive DeviceNet Configuration Tool that allows configuration and maintenance of your complete DeviceNet Network.

Anybus-NetTool-DN-D is designed for use with Anybus-M embedded cards or other applications where the Anybus Devicenet Scanner needs to be configured through the DeviceNet Port. Functions include full scanner and adapter configuration, on/off line configuration, online diagnostics, auto EDS file generator and online parameter editor. Anybus-NetTool-DN-D includes a RS232<->DeviceNet adapter. This adapter makes it possible to connect a serial port from a PC to the DeviceNet network and configure and monitor DeviceNet nodes remote from any point on the DeviceNet network.

The Anybus NetTool-DN-D consists of a Windows 32-bit graphical network configuration software and a DIN rail mountable adapter that connect a PC, via RS232, to the DeviceNet cable.
