Web-based request support ticketing system
At HMS we have introduced a new web-based "Request Support" system. This new system will ensure that your technical support request is handled as fast as possible by a HMS support specialist.
Registering a support issue via this sytem will provide you with a support ticket for which you can log-in at any time to check the status of your on-going request.
